Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is a damaged item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our best inspect and package all boxes, but sometimes things happen.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 
If 10 business days have passed since the delivery/receiving of your package, we will assume all is ok.

This is a Per friendly environment and all orders are picked and packed with dog on premises.
